Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We deliver to all serviceable pin codes covered by our courier partners. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1,500
  • Standard Shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹1,500
  • Express Shipping: Available at additional charges (contact us for details)

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take 3-5 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order sarees may require additional processing time (7-10 business days).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

  • Courier partner availability

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

We carefully pack each saree to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • You will be notified via SMS/email for each delivery attempt.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide clear delivery instructions.

Undelivered/Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
  • Non-serviceable pin code

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before we dispatch the order again.

Address Changes

  • Address changes are accepted only before the order is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of ordering.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages:

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged, please record a video while opening it and notify us immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.
  • We will coordinate with our courier partner to locate your shipment.
  • If the package cannot be located, we will either reship your order or process a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes (subject to availability).
  • COD charges may apply (₹50-100 depending on order value).
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Partial COD payments are not accepted.

Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple items:

  • Items may be shipped separately based on availability and location.
  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments.

Festive Season and Sale Period Delays

During festive seasons, Diwali, weddings season, or sale periods:

  • Order volumes are high, and deliveries may take longer than usual.
  • Please allow additional 2-5 business days for processing and delivery.
  • We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners:

  • We will notify you via email or phone.
  • You may provide an alternate serviceable address.
  • We will process a full refund if you choose to cancel the order.

Delivery During Holidays

  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays and national holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping details including landmark.
  • Ensure contact number is active and reachable.
  • Be available to receive the package or arrange for someone to accept it.
  • Check the package for damages before accepting delivery.
