Cancellations and Refunds Policy
At Najuka by Sweeta, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we’ve created this policy to make the process as transparent and fair as possible.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped at no additional charge.
- To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone, email, or WhatsApp with your order number.
- Once cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
After Shipment:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product as per our return policy mentioned below.
Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
- The saree must be in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Products without original tags and packaging.
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective).
- Custom-made or personalized sarees.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method (shipping charges may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- We offer exchanges for size, color, or design issues within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must meet all return eligibility criteria.
- Exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.
Refunds
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:
- The product shows signs of use or minor damage.
- The product is returned without original packaging or tags (subject to evaluation).
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Return shipping charges for defective/damaged products will be borne by Najuka by Sweeta.
Non-Delivery or Lost Shipments
- If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us immediately.
- We will investigate with our shipping partner and either reship the product or provide a full refund.
Important Notes
- All refund and return requests are subject to verification and approval by Najuka by Sweeta.
- Products must be returned in a secure package to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
- Najuka by Sweeta is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
